1. 1 cup cashews (kaju)
2. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
3. 1/4 cup water
4. 1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
5. 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
6. 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads (optional)
7. Silver or gold leaf (optional, for garnish)
_Instructions:_
_Step 1: Soak Cashews_
- Rinse cashews and soak them in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
- Drain and blend soaked cashews with 1/4 cup water until smooth.
_Step 3: Cook Sugar Syrup_
- Combine sugar, 1/4 cup water, and ghee in a saucepan.
- Heat until sugar dissolves, then boil until syrup reaches 1-string consistency.
_Step 4: Combine Cashew Paste and Sugar Syrup_

- Add cardamom powder and saffron (if using) to cashew paste.
- Gradually add sugar syrup, mixing until smooth.
